Dr. Osman Sacarcelik MA is legal expert, Islam scholar and qualified Turkish language translator and interpreter. Currently he holds a teaching assignment at Marburg University. Osman Sacarcelik specialises in corporate law, banking law and capitals markets as well as Islamic banking and finance. Furthermore, he focuses on corporate governance, compliance and supervision of the financial sector. From 2008 to 2009 he worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ department for regulatory and compliance services in Geneva (Switzerland). Research projects and lectures took him inter alia to London, Istanbul, Dubai, Doha and Tashkent.
