Prof. Dr. Alexandre Pinheiro LL.M, Lisbon, has been appointed to the WCLF Board of Advisories. Prof. Pinheiro, who teaches constitutional law and public law at the Faculty of Law of the Unversity of Lisbon, specialises inter alia in privacy and data protection. From 2008 to 2011, he served as senior expert of the EU Fundamental Rights Agency and was president of the EU working group during the Portuguese EU presidency in 2007.
