With Prof. Dr. David C. Donald PhD, JD, LLM the Global Law Society attracted again an internationally experienced and highly distinguished member. Prof. Donald received his legal education in the United States before he came to Germany where he studied and worked for 10 years. In 2008, he became professor at the Centre for Financial Regulation and Economic Development of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and by now is also its executive director. Prof. Donald specialises in corporate law, common law, comparative law and securieties regulation.
