Judge Prof. Dr. Jamal Abdallah DEA, BA teaches at the Institute of Judicial Studies of Saint Joseph University in Beirut. Being judge at the Lebanese Ministry of Justice he is a qualified expert on the Lebanese legal system. Prof. Abdallah, who acquired his PhD at the University of Montpellier, specialises in legal informatics, computer law and intellectual property.
