Prof. Dr. Luiz Guerra is founding and managing partner of Guerra Advogados in Rio de Janeiro. He published more than 50 books on commercial law and teaches both at Instituto Guerra, of which he is also director, and at Centro Universitário de Brasilia. Prof. Guerra is a member of numerous lawyers associations, bodies and committees. His publications and international activities were merited with several honors and awards, most recently in 2012 with the "Mérito Internacional da Justiça".
