Prof. Maximiliano Marzetti PhD, LLM, LLM, LLB works currently as a research scholar at Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property and Competition in Buenos Aires, where he designs a distance learning course on Intellectual Property Law & Economics for Latin Americans. After several years as business lawyer, in 2008 Prof. Marzetti joined the Latin American School of Social Sciences (FLASCO), where he lectures on the economic analysis of IP law. Since 2013, he also teaches economic approaches to IP law at Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali Guido Carli (LUISS) near Rome, Italy. Prof. Marzetti, who holds an LLM from Hamburg University in Law & Economics and in Intellectual Property from the University of Torino, will completed his PhD studies at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. He publishes extensively on IP and IP education subjects, i.a. in several WIPO publications.
